MIGO Awarded B3001 Corridor Renovation at Tinker AFB with New Teaming Partner
MIGO Construction Group has been awarded the B3001 corridor renovation project at Tinker Air Force Base alongside a new teaming partner — continued evidence of MIGO's growth through strong teaming relationships on federal work. MIGO serves as prime subcontractor and teaming partner on the project.
The scope renovates two corridors within Building 3001, each approximately 160 linear feet, performed concurrently to compress the overall schedule.
Building 3001 is a secure facility that remains fully occupied and in operation throughout construction — including the rooms and support spaces served by the corridors. The work requires dust and noise control, and close coordination to maintain uninterrupted operations and occupant access at all times. The scope includes providing new interior finishes on the walls, new ceiling, new lighting, and replacing two (2) doors and frames. Once complete, the entire hallway is repainted.
The project carries a 145-calendar-day performance period. This award reflects MIGO's continued expansion at Tinker Air Force Base and the value it brings as a dependable teaming partner on active, mission-critical renovations.
MIGO is an SBA-certified EDWOSB and WOSB, and a Hispanic-owned, total small business based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. MIGO provides general contracting and construction management services for federal agencies nationwide.
