Capabilities

One accountable partner, from preconstruction to closeout.

MIGO is a federal contractor — we work with any and all U.S. government agencies, and our operations are built around the strict compliance, documentation, and quality standards they require. For commercial and private clients across Oklahoma and the surrounding region, that's the real advantage: a general contractor and construction manager whose entire process was engineered to a government standard, applied to your project.

How We Deliver

Four ways to leverage our experience.

Construction Management

Need the process managed without handing over the build? As your construction manager, MIGO acts as your agent — running planning, budgeting, bid analysis, procurement, estimating, scheduling, and risk management with the customized forms, processes, and tools we've refined on federal work. You stay in control; we keep the project on track.

General Contracting

MIGO is a general contractor at heart. We hold the prime contract and take full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance — self-performing core scopes like concrete, earthwork, light demolition, and door and hardware installation with our own crews, and managing a network of qualified subcontractors for everything else.

Design-Build

One contract for design and construction. We partner with experienced architecture and engineering firms to carry your concept through to completion — streamlining project timelines by integrating design and construction into a single plan that lowers cost, reduces errors, and minimizes risk for the owner.

Owner's Representative

Already have a builder, or managing the work yourself? MIGO represents your interests, bringing the processes, procedures, and technology to provide the oversight, documentation, and controls that safeguard your asset and investment from preconstruction through closeout.

What We Build

What we build and manage.

New Construction

Ground-up vertical and horizontal facilities, including pre-engineered metal buildings.

Renovation, Remodel & Historical

Interior and exterior upgrades and historical renovations, frequently in active, occupied facilities.

Additions & Expansions

Extending, reconfiguring, and modernizing existing buildings.

Heavy-Civil & Concrete

Sitework, earthwork and grading, structural and flatwork concrete, foundations, sidewalks, and curb and gutter.

Utility & Infrastructure

Above- and below-ground utilities, infrastructure, fueling systems, and storage tanks, and the SRM-type support work that keeps city, state, and federal facilities running.

MEP Upgrades & Replacement

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system installation, upgrade, and replacement.

The MIGO Standard

Federal discipline, built into how we operate.

The standards a federal agency requires aren't operational extras we bolt on for government work — they're how MIGO built the company from day one. The same forms, programs, and controls run on every project, federal or private, delivered without the bloated overhead of a large firm.

Health & Safety

A program based on the USACE EM 385-1-1 manual — regular training, clear incident reporting, ongoing audits, and a zero-tolerance policy. The result: a 100% incident-free record since 2022.

Quality Control

The USACE three-phase inspection process — Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up — fully documented on every job to catch issues before they're built upon or covered up.

Subcontractor Management

Subcontractors are pre-qualified on experience, financial stability, and safety record, then managed for cost, schedule, and performance throughout the job.

Schedule Control

Detailed schedules built in Oracle Primavera P6 using critical-path and earned-value methods — and built around the client's mission-critical operations to minimize disruption.

Processes, Procedures & Tools

Customized operational forms, proprietary technology, and purpose-built operating systems — refined across complex federal projects — keep every job planned, monitored, and inspected.

Cost & Budget Control

Disciplined budgeting, estimating, and change management protect your budget from surprises through closeout.

Qualifications

Credentials that clear the bar.

MIGO is bonded, certified, and equipped to perform on federal contracts — and that same standing gives private and institutional owners a partner they can verify.

Teaming & Joint Ventures

A set-aside advantage for larger pursuits.

MIGO is a prime contractor and joint-venture partner — not a sub. For large-business contractors and federal agencies, our certifications are a strategic advantage to achieve small-business contracting and subcontracting goals.

SBA-certified EDWOSB and WOSB — and a Hispanic-owned, total small business under NAICS 236220 — eligibility that opens set-aside and goal-driven contract vehicles.

Active EDWOSB / WOSB joint ventures that pair those certifications with proven federal past performance.

A track record of awarded and successfully executed federal contracts that reduces the risk of teaming on larger pursuits.

Large-business primes and federal agencies looking to win or fill set-aside work with a certified, proven partner are encouraged to start a conversation.
