MIGO Awarded B1055 Restroom Renovation Project, Tinker AFB

MIGO Construction Group is serving as prime subcontractor and teaming partner on this interior renovation project, which includes the complete renovation of an outdated Men's and Women's restroom, as well as the adjacent Janitor's Closet, within Building 1055, a mission-critical facility at Tinker Air Force Base.

The project scope includes demolition and reconfiguration of approximately 1,000 square feet of interior space to provide new layouts, finishes, fixtures, and building systems. Work also includes construction of a new Lactation Room to support building end-users, along with installation of ADA-compliant features, water-efficient fixtures, hands-free devices, and UFC-compliant ventilation systems.

Construction will be performed within an active and occupied facility, requiring detailed coordination and phased execution to maintain building operations. MIGO will also provide a fully functional temporary restroom facility, including HVAC and water service, to ensure uninterrupted access for building occupants during construction.
